'Retro Winter Sports 1986' is a wonderful old-school style sports game. ——PROS: Tight controls that are easy to figure out but hard to master. I love the vintage aesthetic the developers went with. The graphics, the music, the menus, really everything here is '80s-tastic and all the better for it. It has Google Play Games achievements (!!!) and while I haven't unlocked all of them, yet, the ones I have unlocked synced properly with my GPG profile. That's not always a given. ——CONS: None.

Could be OK but my game keeps getting interrupted by obnoxious ads. Which is just ridiculous considering I paid for the game and these ads are stopping me from actually playing . Fix or refund me plz

I think this game's potential is great. It's put together nicely, and this publisher has made some great games. I think the biggest problem with the game at this point is the lack of options for difficulty (in terms of speed of events or AI) and limited number of events. I would love to see this idea translated to events that include obstacles (mohils or crashed skiiers for some comedy and added difficulty). The graphics are cute and the theme is great. great color palette. Great potential!

It's great

Good game but the tournament finishing places are weird. Had both 2 of each medal and 3 golds and 1 silver (out of 6 events) and neither was enough for the podium, which isnt really possible.

I had fun at the beginning. Great events, graphics and ok controls except for the ski jump. It feels like the jump quality is randomly decided. But my biggest gripe by far is the scoring in tournament mode. I get 4/6 events with gold with bronze and silver. But only get 3rd overall at the end. Logically impossible. The best my opponent could get would be 2 golds and 4 silvers....how am I in 3rd place? Infuriating that I need all golds to get to the top spot.
